Building homes in Bussy-Saint-Georges

In Bussy-Saint-Georges (Paris region), the joint venture composed of Verdoïa, Arbonis (both VINCI Construction France), the Chelles office of EJL (Eurovia) and Poulingue, will be working through until June 2020 on the construction of homes for Crédit Agricole Immobilier.

The first tranche of works (126 homes) will be completed in June 2019, while the second, secured by EJL via a separate bid and concerning 95 homes, should be completed in June 2020.

The works include the creation of two non-covered retention basins and a planted lawn area, a communal space for the future residents. They meet the environmental objectives of the new eco-neighbourhood of the Les Sycomores integrated development zone as regards urban architecture and landscaping. And, in addition, are enabling long-term unemployed people to work a total of 1,500 integration-through-work hours.
