Building a head office for ANSES

At the site of the national veterinary school in Alfort, by Paris, Adim Île-de-France (VINCI Construction France), as co-developer with Sogeprom, has been awarded the construction of the head office of ANSES (national agency for food, environmental and workplace health security) and its maintenance for a period of 25 years. Designed by Barthélémy Griño Architectes, the project is being implemented within the framework of an AOT (authorisation to temporarily occupy publicly owned land with the right to build) contract, a form of public-private partnership. GTM Bâtiment (VINCI Construction France) will supply the structural works.
Contract value for Adim: €27.5m; value of the works for GTM Bâtiment: €7.7m.
