Award for Porto Airport

Porto Airport (Portugal), managed by VINCI Airports (VINCI Concessions), has been named second-best European airport in the “Airport handling over two million passengers” category by Airports Council International (ACI).

The annual awards for airport service quality are decided on the basis of the Airport Service Quality Survey (ASQ), the world reference for the assessment of passenger satisfaction. The survey relies on questionnaires covering 34 key performance indicators, including services offered, waiting times, courtesy of the staff, cleanliness of the installationsand comfort. This award reflects VINCI Airports’ ongoing commitment to improvingthe passenger experience at its network’s airports.
