Asbestos removal and demolition in Alsace

In the heart of a densely built-up neighbourhood in Lingolsheim (east of France), Cardem Strasbourg (Eurovia), awarded a contract for the demolition of a 13-storey tower block, has been carrying out preliminary site clearance and asbestos removal works since October 2013. The actual demolition will take place at a later stage. Much of the some 25,000 t of rubble resulting from the demolition will, after processing, be recycled in road works.
Contract value: €1.4m.
