Art school in Liverpool

VINCI Construction UK has been awarded the design-build contract for St John Bosco Arts College, an art school for girls, in Liverpool. The current three-storey building will be demolished. In addition to the new premises, the campus will feature a multi-purpose sports ground.
Contract value: £18.2m (about €21.7m).
