Dumez Méditerranée and Botta Méditerranée (VINCI Construction France), on behalf of Bouygues Immobilier, are to create the Domaine de Frascati, a complex providing 169 homes, in Châteauneuf-les-Martigues. Contract value: €14.5m. Dumez Méditerranée will also build two four-level buildings, providing 70 housing units, in Aix-en-Provence.
Project value: €7.6m.
