Administrative offices in Guadeloupe

In Saint-Claude (Guadeloupe), Dodin Guadeloupe (VINCI Construction) is to build the offices for the services of the Department of the Environment, Development and Housing (DEAL Guadeloupe) and the Department for Development, Agriculture and Forests (DAAF). Undertaken on behalf of the SEMAG (the semi-public Guadeloupe Development Company), the works will start early in 2014, taking 19 months to complete.. They will involve demolishing existing offices, earthworks, the external works package and the construction, on a general contracting basis, of the 6,000 sq. metre building.
Contract value: €13.2m.
