ACA accreditation for six airports

The six airports operated by VINCI Airports (VINCI Concessions) in the Dominican Republic have met all the requirements for obtaining the Airport Carbon Accreditation (ACA) programme’s Level 1 accreditation – a first in the Caribbean region.

To achieve Level 1 certification, an airport has to measure its carbon footprint, with the data then audited by an external body. This marks a new stage in the implementation of VINCI Airports’ commitment to its global environmental strategy, AirPact, which is the only institutional programme for the certification of carbon management in the airport sector.
