A stadium and a hotel for the ACN 2012

In preparation for the 2012 Africa Cup of Nations, the international football competition which kicked off on 21 January in Gabon, Sogea-Satom (VINCI Construction) built and handed over a training stadium and a hotel in Ngouoni, in the east of the country. The hotel has 50 rooms (6 of which are suites); the stadium building houses the changing rooms and the Press Centre on a surface area of 350 sq. metres on two levels, and the stands can accommodate 350 spectators. This sporting complex, which is self-sufficient as regards water and power, is hosting the national football team of Ghana during the group phases of the competition. Total project value: 16.4 million euros.
