A new VINCI foundation in Colombia

In mid-December 2020, Fondation VINCI pour la Cité announced the launch of its 15th international sponsorship structure in Colombia.

Operating in 14 of the country’s departments and 36 towns, the Fondation will foster emerging local initiatives led by associations, NGOs and citizen groups to rise to the major socio-economic and environmental challenges that communities face. What’s more, it will help Colombians tackle the Covid-19 crisis, for example by distributing free meals.  

VIA 40 Express (VINCI Concessions/VINCI Highways), concession holder of the Bogota–Girardot motorway, has provided support for the new initiative alongside other VINCI teams operating in the country: VINCI Construction Terrassement, Soletanche Bachy, Freyssinet and Tierra Armada, all subsidiaries of VINCI Construction.  This launch falls in line with the solidarity actions that VIA 40 Express is already taking to help Colombian communities.
