A new terminal at Pamandzi

On Mayotte, Fargeot LC (an Arbonis company, VINCI Construction France) has been awarded the major wood structure works package for the new terminal at Pamandzi. With a surface area of 7,000 sq. metres, the building is designed to achieve ISO 14001 environmental certification and will be able to handle 1,500,000 passengers a year. The works package awarded to Fargeot LC covers the design and planning as well as the manufacture and installation of the glued laminated frame, the roof coffers and the sunbreakers, as well as the louvred façades. Handover is scheduled for mid-2013.
Contract value: €3.7m.
