A new setting for Printemps

After renovating the flagship Printemps store at Boulevard Haussmann, in Paris, SRC (VINCI Construction France) has handed over a new Paris outlet to the group, at the Carrousel du Louvre shopping centre. Undertaken on a general contracting basis, in association with GTIE Tertiaire and Valentin (VINCI Energies), the contract concerned 3,500 sq. metres of retail space (including 1,200 sq. metres of added floor space).
Worth €8m, the project was completed in just seven months, to be ready in time for 15 January 2014, when the shop opened its doors to the public.
