A 4-star hotel in La Défense

VINCI Immobilier has just concluded the off-plan sale to Union Investment of a 4-star hotel in La Défense, by Paris, which will be operated by the Melia Hotels International Group, the leading Spanish hotel operator. Designed by architects Vasconi & Associés, the building, with a total surface area of some 24,000 sq. metres over 25 levels, will notably provide 369 rooms and suites as well as a conference area. Valued at €68m, the works will be carried out by a consortium comprising CBC and Bateg, in collaboration with Botte Fondations (all three are VINCI Construction France subsidiaries) for the foundations works package. Handover is scheduled for the third quarter of 2014.
