4-star hotel in Grenoble

VINCI Immobilier has just signed the contract for the sale, off-plan, to Okko Hôtels of a 4-star hotel in Grenoble (south-eastern France). Located in the city centre, in the heart of the eco-neighbourhood of the Bonne integrated development zone, this 4,600 sq. metre establishment will offer 138 rooms, as well as retail space on the ground floor.
The works will start in the last quarter of 2012, with the hotel due to open in late 2014.
