15,200 sq. metre off-plan sale at the Seguin-Rives de Seine ZAC

VINCI Immobilier, as co-developer with Nexity, has just agreed the off-plan sale to Union Investment of an office building in Boulogne-Billancourt (by Paris). Located in the Seguin-Rives de Seine ZAC (integrated development zone), this structure, baptised the Kinetik building, will offer some 15,200 sq. metres of office space, 235 parking spaces and a staff canteen. There will also be 650 sq. metres of retail space at the foot of the building. Designed by Berlin architects Sauerbruch Hutton, the project aims to achieve HEQ®, BREEAM and low-energy building certification.
The works, worth €38.5m, have been entrusted to CBC (VINCI Construction France). Handover is scheduled for late 2013.
