Your integration at VINCI
Your integration at VINCI will unfold in two stages: in the company then the Group. It will include:
- · an online programme created especially for newcomers to learn about VINCI’s history, values and business lines;
- · a day-long Welcome to VINCI event. These events are held in each of the Group’s host areas in France and provide a special occasion for new employees to talk to VINCI executives and find out all about the Group, including its strategy and outlook and the environmental and social challenges it is tackling.
