Associating VINCI’s colours with the 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games is a tremendous opportunity to show how Paris 2024’s commitments to building a sustainable and inclusive world resonate with VINCI’s culture!
Being an Official Supporter is a source of pride that is shared by VINCI’s 280,000 employees. For years, the Group has been working to build infrastructures that hosted the Games of the XXXIII Olympiad.
Find out how the commitment to the Paris 2024 Games and the values of sport are blowing through VINCI.

As part of the “Midi à l’archipel” event held at the Group’s head office, VINCI employees are invited to meet with experts from the world of ideas, culture and sport who are leaders in their field.Check out some of the meetings that were held to promote the spirit and values of sport. For example, Lionel Naccache, a neurologist and neuroscience researcher, gave an insight into the cognitive processes that turn some people into champions. Gilles Aaron Smadja, a leading reporter who has covered several Olympic Games and the author of the exhibition entitled “Athletes who changed the world”, which is being shown in Paris and other cities near the capital during the Games, explained the story of the Olympic champions whose combat changed the world. Charles Pépin, philosopher, explains why Paralympic athletes are the champions of resilience. Finally, we suggest listening to Laura Flessel, fencing champion and former Minister for Sport, as she answers a series of our “Questions for a champion” during the “Zero discrimination” awareness-raising day, which featured a number of key figures from the world of sport and disabled sports.
