What is a PPP?

A PPP or public-private partnership is an all-encompassing long-term contract between a public authority (central or local government, public entity) and a private partner, who will design, finance and build (or upgrade) the object of the concession (infrastructure or facility such as a building, stadium, road, bridge, rail line or airport needed for public service) and then operate and maintain it, often for 20, 30 or even 70 years.

Does VINCI have a shareholders’ club?

VINCI created its Shareholders’ Club at the end of 2004. It is open to all VINCI shareholders and offers them numerous benefits.
If you are an individual VINCI shareholder with at least one VINCI share, all you have to do to become a member of VINCI’s Shareholders’ Club is complete and submit this form together with a recent share ownership certificate provided by your bank.
You will receive a confirmation letter within a few weeks. The envelope will also include a Château de Versailles admission card for two people, a Shareholder’s Guide, the dates of visits to our sites, invitations to information meetings in France and to the Actionaria trade fair held in Paris in November each year.

What is the main focus of VINCI's sustainable development policy?

The Group's sustainable development policy is based on its Together Manifesto, Code of Ethics and Conduct and commitment to the ten principles of the United Nations Global Compact. What is the main focus of VINCI's climate strategy?

In all its business lines, the Group strives to limit the environmental impact of its companies. The latter develop solutions that help reduce the amount of materials used for construction works and the energy consumed by the completed structures. They also strive to protect biodiversity. VINCI undertakes to reduce its • Reduce direct greenhouse gas emissions (Scopes 1 and 2) by 40% by 2030, compared with 2018 levels abd reduce its indirect upstream and downstream emissions (Scope 3) by 20% by 2030 compared with 2019 levels, by taking action across the value chain of the Group’s businesses.

What is your health and safety policy?

At VINCI, We reject the idea that workplace accidents are unavoidable and commit to the "Zero Accidents" objective. Safety, the absolute priority, is the responsibility of our managers. The VINCI health and safety policy applies to everyone working on our worksites and in the facilities we operate (employees, temporary personnel, subcontractor employees and users of the infrastructure we manage).

How do you take part in the fight against climate change?

Since 2007, VINCI has pursued a programme designed to reduce and control greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions and has measured its emissions in accordance with the ISO 14064 standard drawn up by 175 international experts from 45 countries. The Group's environmental reporting system culminates in an annual report submitted to the statutory auditors.
