The shareholders of VINCI are invited to take part in the Company’s Combined Ordinary and Extraordinary General Meeting, which will be held

on Monday 2 May 2011 at 15.00 p.m., salle Pleyel,
252 rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré, 75008 Paris.

The meeting announcement notice including the agenda, the text of the resolutions submitted by the Board of Directors for the approval of the meeting and the principal methods of participating and voting at the meeting, was published in the BALO (Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires) dated 25 March 2011; the convening notice was published in the BALO dated 11 April 2011. These notices can be consulted on the Company’s website at www.vinci.com.

Documents containing information relating to this meeting will be made available to the Company’s shareholders, in accordance with laws and regulations in force.
